A semi-quiet sanctuary...
where I can focus on just me.
Or do a bit of multi-tasking.
Or complete a project.
Whatever the purpose, it makes me happy.
If I won, I wouldn't change much - it's a laundry room in the end!
Instead, I'd focus on my guestroom by incorporating an office, storage, and lounge area. It's a great space that's only used a handful of times a year - and it definitely needs an update! What a great idea, right?

I think it's a great idea to think of combining your guest room with an office space. We used to have a guest room/office combo and it worked great.
I have to admit, though, that I think your laundry room is smashing!

I love your laundry room, but I'm with you...that guest room would make an excellent mom cave! It's a great space, so go for it. Just do a little bit at a time, and you'll get it done.

Your guest bedroom looks like it would make a great mom cave. You could even consider a day bed or one of those beds that hides in the wall!

You are so lucky to have a nice laundry room with all that space. I'd love to set up a desk in my laundry room... then I'd have no excuses about the laundry not being done. Such a great idea!!
